map-locationInnergiving Toolbox

We all carry invisible stories of survival, of searching, of quietly holding things together. For much of my life, I lived disconnected from my own inner world, chasing purpose while neglecting peace. It wasn’t until my body stopped me, literally, that I began to truly listen, feel, and heal.

This Toolbox is a collection of 23 resources including books, tools, experts, film, teachers, and assessments that helped me find my way back to myself. It’s not a formula. It’s not a prescription. It’s an offering.

Some of these helped me understand trauma. Some helped me feel my emotions after decades of numbness. Some developed awareness. Some simply reminded me that I’m not alone. All of them contributed to discovery and healing.

Whether you’re just beginning your healing, deep in it, or offering light to others, I hope this toolbox becomes a trusted companion. Take what resonates. Leave what doesn’t. Come back when you’re ready.

This is the heart of Innergiving: we give to others by first reconnecting with ourselves.
